Mock SATS ALERTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!

Bad news year six we unfortunately have are mock sats next week(ahhhhhhhhhhh! )

But dont worry we have done them before and we can do them again.

Remember to revise and remember the techniques our teachers have taught us. Such as connectives, spellings and full stops and capital letters. In maths use the clock as your guide.

Good luck and try not to worry too much.

NEW SCHOOLS!!!

The letter is coming soon!! We, as year 6's, find out what secondary school we will go to, when we leave the beloved St. Gregorys Catholic Primary School in September 2008, the letter goes in the post on Monday 3rd March.

I hope we get into all of the schools we hope to get into. Fingers crossed!!!!

It is also a time of change for the children in the nursery because they go into reception in September 2008. I think they will feel scared to go up to a primary school because, they will be going up to a bigger school with bigger chidren. I think that us yr6's might feel the same, for we are also taking a giant step for we may or may not get bullied.

Living Our Mission

We are good learners and will do our best; We listen carefully, we are caring, kind and co-operative, we move Quietly around the school and settle our Disagrements carefully by talking about them,

we 'R' good LeArNeRs; we are #1!!

Last happy moments together

It's about 4 months and 12 days in till we leave the school.
We all are so nervous and excited about what next school we are going get into.
Time is going so fast this year , before we leave we are going to have lots of fun (I hope so!).
I am so sad about leaving all my friends which are going to different school, it will
be so hard to leave all my friends and say bye bye!!!! Also special thank you to all members of staff which teched us!

We Are all Friends here at St. Gregorys

Here at St. Gregory's Catholic Primary School; we are all friends, for example, even if we dont like somone much, we are still friends deep inside. We all enjoy doing diffrent things, e.g: science experiments, outside at break and lunch. We can always depend on our friends to remember each other when you become year six (like us) when you go to different secondry schools. You may think you will be best friends for ever, but that may not be true, because, you might make new friends, even though, that does not mean that you will never forget them.

Do you like everyone in your class? Well if not why not? If you dont like somone that does not mean you should be mean to them. So just be kind to them and they should be kind back to you. Because; you wouldnt want to have someone being mean to you, so why should you be mean to someone else?

Bye Bye Primary School

Septembers coming soon and that means going to different schools.
Time is going so fast and before you know it your the big kids in the school to the small babies of secondry school.
I've known some people since Reception and the school for me is a second home . Me and my friends have been best friends for ever and we all might be going to different schools , its going to be so hard to say goodbye and we all want to make the most of what we have together.
